First day

This is my first post, here on blogger.

Today, the Lil' B and I went to our class. The Mother Nurture Project,
a wonderful 10 week class, on the beginnings of motherhood. It's four
women and our new lil' ones, and Kate, who runs the group.
Today was about sleep for the lil ones, establishing rhythms , and awareness
of our own parents patterns.....Very interesting for me.
